Katie Covalle, Executive Director

I have been executing and overseeing weddings and all types of events here at the estate since 2006. I feel that an outgoing yet thoughtful attitude is the key to a successful event. My staff and clients would describe me as an attentive person that is committed to making our events remarkable.

It is my pleasure as the Executive Director to demand excellence out of myself as well as my staff to ensure that your day is amazing and one not to forget. We can't wait to meet you!

Abbey Casteel, Director of Events

Growing from within the company, I have had the pleasure of working at the estate since 2008. I have benefited from floating through several other positions before becoming the director of events and coordinators by being able to fully understand the urgency and detail that goes into making each and every event a success from all aspects. Working hands on with my clients and executing each event to reflect their individual wants and needs is something I truly love.

My staff would point out that you can always find me smiling. I am laid back and high energy, but I have a no-nonsense approach to ensuring that each event is exactly what the client envisions and more.

I have firsthand experience with all things wedding related after planning my own wedding, yes wedding planning can be really fun! My favorite part of being in the event industry is helping clients add personalized details to create unique, one-of-a-kind events. My degree in Communication and Public Relations benefits me in specializing in marketing and social media at The Monte Bello Estate. Our staff would describe me as a positive person who is committed to making sure you and your guests have the most unforgettable day with amazing photos!

While being in the event industry I have come to love planning all things wedding and events! I love working hand in hand with our couples and team to be able to help make dreams a reality at all our events. Previously I have worked in a large array of events ranging from Weddings, Galas, and Conferences in Hotels to Street Festivals and Runs in the City! Through all of these events Weddings have always been one of my favorite events to attend and love executing.

As a COVID Bride I know the extra touch that is needed to work with each couple during these trying time but in my role I get to work hand in hand to make sure your Big Day is a dream! Through all of this you will never see me without a smile on my face and a skip in my step. I look forward to working with you!

I have always had a passion for events & design which lead me to receive my degree in hospitality management. I’ve had the privilege to hold a variety of positions at the Estate which has guided me to my passion for weddings. I look at each event as a fresh opportunity for me to help fulfill someone’s dream.

I pride myself on my time management skills and being able to find solutions to any obstacle while being calm and optimistic under pressure. In my free time, you can find me enjoying time with family and exploring with my two precious pups! I am looking forward to working with our clients throughout the entire process to ensure that they are able to relax and fully enjoy their special day!
